Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides the details and ingredients about each product. In case, you are allergic to any natural compound listed in the product, we suggest not purchasing it. The nature of our organic products is such that we can not accept the returns once they are shipped.
We refund the amount in the following cases:
- Non-shipment of the products ordered by you.
- Destruction of the package during shipment. (Please make sure you are ensuring the package is not torn or damaged when receiving the package.)
- Wrong product shipped by the seller. In this case, we will request you to keep the shipped products as complimentry offerring while we ship your ordered products.
Please ask for samples and we will provide them on sample rates for you to first experience our natural products.
For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link. We hold the products for 3 days before shipping so that we can accept any cancellation orders.
Cancellation Requests received later than 3 business days cannot be accepted. Also, once the products are shipped after 3 days, cancellation of the order is not accepted.
Refund will be provided within the timeframe provided by the payment gateway provider as the refund requests will be routed through this channel when the payments were done through the payment gateway. In case of direct bank transfers, we will directly refund the amount to your account.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
